Role of the Teacher

The role of the teacher is to guide, instruct, motivate, encourage, and build self-confidence.

Our teachers allow our students to be inquisitive and curious when teaching educational core instruction. The teachers’ support is customized to all our students individualized needs. We set clear expectations, provide explicit directions, and keep the learning well structured and productive. The teacher supports the curriculum by asking open ended questions and preparing the student to connect to real world practices. They extend experiences, materials, technology, and literacy to expand their critical thinking process. Our teachers are experienced, educated, and continue to maintain their professional development.
