Ingredients

1 pkg. Sugar Cookie Mix
2 Tbsp instant lemon pudding mix
1 tsp lemon extract
1 egg
¼ cup margarine or butter (softened)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine ingredients and blend well
Drop by teaspoon on greased baking sheet
Bake 9-12 minutes or until lightly browned
